Andrew Mitchell is an accomplished professional in construction site management and safety, with over a decade of experience in high-risk environments. As Co-founder and Director of MAE Solutions, Andrew has been instrumental in establishing the company as a trusted leader in the working-at-height and inspection industries. Under his leadership, MAE Solutions has achieved notable accreditations, including IRATA, RISQS, and Constructionline Gold, positioning it among the top rope access companies in the UK.
Holding an NVQ Level 6 in Building and Civil Engineering, Andrew brings extensive knowledge and certifications to his role, including IRATA Level 3, SMSTS, IOSH, and CSCS (Black). Known for his hands-on approach, Andrew excels in client relations, strategic planning, and daily operational management, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency across all projects. Prior to MAE Solutions, he developed his expertise in rope access and NDT inspection with companies like Spectra Asset Integrity and Alun Griffiths Contractors, managing teams and ensuring compliance with rigorous safety standards.
